Consignment Policy & Agreement

 

We accept “high quality” furniture & accessories for consignment that have no pet stains, food stains, no rips, tears or need of repair and have not been in a smoking environment. All merchandise must be clean, free of odors, dusted, etc. and ready to display. We cannot accept merchandise that is not presentable for sale. Acceptance of items for consignment is totally left to the discretion of Casa Bella. If an item for consignment has been misrepresented by the owner, Casa Bella may request the item be picked up. 

Currently, we are not accepting China, glassware, silverware, linens, small knick-knacks, collectibles etc. due to space availability.

Step 1: Please send photos of each item to consigncasabella@gmail.com. Photos must not exceed 100 DPI.

Please be thorough in your description. This helps in deciding on a price to market your items. Casa Bella bases prices on previous sales of similar items and cannot guarantee any selling price.

Step 2: Casa Bella will respond within a “few” days to discuss possibility of consignment and setting up a delivery date. All consignment items must be approved before being brought to the store. We cannot accept items just “dropped off.”

Step 3: Once a delivery date has been set, items may be brought to the store between the hours of 11am and 3pm. A detailed and complete inventory list must accompany the merchandise at time of delivery. This ensures no misunderstanding about what items were brought to the store.  It is the owner’s responsibility to get items to and from Casa Bella. We can recommend a delivery service that is dependable and affordable if you need one.

Our program is a 120-day program and a 50/50 split of the sales price between the owner and Casa Bella. Casa Bella bases asking prices on previous sales of similar items. Items may be discounted 10% every 30 days they remain in store. This is to increase the marketability of your items and produce sales.

Payment for items sold are mailed every 30 days. Casa Bella does not guarantee any selling price. Your check will be itemized so you know exactly what you’re being paid for.
